No server, no account. There is no separate server or login account. Rextudio does not store the data you enter.
What’s stored. Customer names, signatures, photos, and job records are stored only on your device (app-private storage). There is no cloud sync, so nothing is sent to Rextudio or any third-party server.
Who’s responsible for this data. Responsibility for customer information collected through this app belongs to the business using the app. Rextudio never accesses or stores it.
Export and backup. PDF export and backup files (.jsbak) are created on-device. Whether to share them by email, AirDrop, etc. is a choice you make directly through your device’s share feature.
Permissions. The app uses the camera (to capture signatures/photos), microphone (for voice dictation), and location (to auto-fill the job site address from your current location). The location-to-address conversion goes through Apple’s/Google’s own OS location service, and the result stays on your device — it is never sent to Rextudio.
Payments. The Pro purchase is processed through Google Play / Apple’s payment systems. Rextudio does not store payment information.
Purpose of processing. Sections 2–6 above are the whole of it: creating and keeping job records, attaching signatures and photos, voice dictation, auto-filling the job site address, PDF export and backup, and processing the Pro purchase. We process personal data for no other purpose.
Retention period. Not applicable — Rextudio stores no personal data on any server. The data lives only on your device and stays there for as long as you use the app.
Destruction procedure and method. Rextudio holds no personal data, so there is no separate destruction procedure. You delete the app, or delete items directly on your device.
Your rights and how to exercise them. You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data. Because Rextudio never accesses the data on your device, access, correction and deletion are carried out by you on the device (by deleting the app or individual items). Any other request can be sent to support@rextudio.dev.
Sensitive data. Rextudio does not collect or use sensitive data as defined in Article 23 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. Rextudio never accesses the names, signatures, photos or job records the app stores on your device, and what goes into them is decided by the business using the app.
