No server, no account. There is no separate server or login account. Rextudio does not store your data.
TV control. The app communicates directly with your TV (LG webOS, Samsung Tizen) on the same Wi-Fi network. This communication never leaves your local network. Raw motion-sensor data is never stored or transmitted — only computed pointer-movement/selection commands are sent to the TV.
What stays on your device. Your selected TV info, remote settings, and purchase status stay on your device. TV pairing credentials are stored encrypted.
Advertising. The app shows ads via Google AdMob. With your consent, personalized ads may be shown; in that case Google collects your advertising ID, IP address, app interaction, and device diagnostics. You can choose whether to allow personalized ads on first launch and change it anytime in device settings. Purchasing ad removal stops ad-related data processing.
Payments. In-app purchases are processed through Google Play / Apple's payment systems. Rextudio does not store payment information.
Permissions. The app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photo access. Wi-Fi–related permissions are used only to find and control your TV.
Purpose of processing. Sections 2–5 above are the whole of it: finding, connecting to and controlling your TV; keeping your app settings and purchase status; showing ads and managing your personalized-ads consent; and processing in-app purchases. We process personal data for no other purpose.
Retention period. Not applicable — Rextudio stores no personal data on any server. Advertising identifiers and similar data collected by AdMob are retained under Google's policies, not Rextudio's.
Destruction procedure and method. Rextudio holds no personal data, so there is no separate destruction procedure. You can withdraw consent under “Ad privacy options” in the app, or delete the app, to stop the related data processing.
Your rights and how to exercise them. You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data. Because Rextudio never accesses the data on your device, access, correction and deletion are carried out by you on the device (by deleting the app or individual items). Consent to ad-related data processing can be withdrawn under “Ad privacy options” in the app. Any other request can be sent to support@rextudio.dev.
Sensitive data. Rextudio does not collect or use sensitive data as defined in Article 23 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act.
